This means that we will diagnose your problem free of charge prior to repairs. We will even pick up your computer, laptop or device(s) and return them repaired if we cannot repair them onsite.
All your data, documents, pictures, music, emails, etc will be backed up prior to work commencing and restored on completion. This means that your important data won’t be lost. We also speak your language so we won’t confuse you with geeky terminology.
